to assist workers to return to work
following occupational injuries. This is
achieved through:
A detailed assessment of your injury and work requirements Identification of suitable duties Development and monitoring of a Return to Work Plan in
consultation with the injured worker, employer and
treating doctor Education regarding safe work practices and/or job modification Liaison with all parties involved in a worker’s rehabilitation to
ensure a timely and safe return to work
Ergosmart Consulting is approved by
WorkCover NSW to provide occupational
rehabilitation services for workers
returning to the same or “pre-injury”
employment. If necessary, we can assist
in identifying transferable skills or an
alternative work role with the
pre-injury employer.
