following occupational injuries. This is
achieved through:
A detailed assessment of your injury and work requirements Identification of suitable duties Development and monitoring of a Return to Work Plan in
consultation with the injured worker, employer and
treating doctor Education regarding safe work practices and/or job modification Liaison with all parties involved in a worker’s rehabilitation to
ensure a timely and safe return to work
Ergosmart Consulting is an Approved Workplace Rehabilitation Provider with WorkCover NSW, Comcare and ACT WorkCover. We specialise in assisting workers with physical injuries to return to their "pre-injury" employment. If necessary, we can also assist in identifying transferable skills or an alternative work role with the pre-injury employer.
