Rachel Wernert

Luci Martin

    Rachel has extensive experience as a physiotherapist, treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries for over nine years before turning her skills to injury prevention and occupational rehabilitation in 2001. Rachel’s clinical background, her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and exercise prescription, combined with her training in ergonomics and occupational health and safety, enable her to provide an injury prevention and injury management consultancy service of the highest quality. With her common sense approach, she is able to make practical, cost-effective recommendations that achieve results.

    Rachel has recently re-located to Canberra and is now pleased to be able to offer Ergosmart Consulting's full range of injury prevention and injury management services to the ACT, Queanbeyan and surrounding areas.

Luci worked as an Occupational Therapist for 5 years prior to commencing work in the occupational rehabilitation industry, including spinal rehabilitation, neurology and general rehabilitation. For the past nine years, Luci has worked in occupational rehabilitation across a wide range of industries playing an integral part in achieving positive return to work outcomes. She has also provided extensive assessment and training services to organisations to assist with injury prevention. Luci is also an experienced provider of CTP rehabilitation services.


Linda Karagelinian

Karen Chalmers

    Linda is an Occupational Therapist who has been working in the field of occupational rehabilitation since 2001. She has worked across a wide range of industries and assisted workers in many different occupations return to work safely by providing support whilst also moving their cases forward in a proactive manner. She develops good rapport with employers, insurers and treating doctors as well as the injured workers, which assists in achieving positive outcomes.

Karen trained as a physiotherapist and specialised in acute and critical care in the hospital environment. After owning and operating a successful physiotherapy practice for 9 years she moved into the insurance industry as an injury manager, overseeing case management practises of the organisation. Karen transitioned her combined experience in clinical care and injury management to occupational rehabilitation, enabling her to provide a well rounded depth of experience to her injury prevention and case management services. Karen is also an experienced provider of CTP rehabilitation services.
